Baked Cod Fillets

Yield: 6 - 8 servings



Preheat oven to 400 F. Sprinkle seasoning over the fillets and bake in a greased 13x9-inch baking dish for 3 to 5 minutes.

Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold in the remaining ingredients and spread mixture over the top of the walleye fillets. Bake for another 8 to 10 minutes or just until fish begins to flake easily.
